Clinical Specialist - Sports Physical Therapy
Patrick is a licensed physical therapist and is one of fourteen Sports Physical Therapy Clinical
Specialists in the state of Florida, certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.
In addition he is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He completed his physical
therapy professional education at Bradley University and his post professional Doctor of Physical
Therapy degree at University of St. Augustine.
JIMMY ADISANO, PT, LAT, ATC, MS
Licensed Physical Therapist/Athletic Trainer
Jimmy is a licensed physical therapist and athletic trainer. He worked a number of years in the
Central Florida community as an athletic trainer before becoming a physical therapist and joining
our clinic. He has covered Timber Creek and other area high schools, local athletic events and
national cheer leading events. He also continues to provide sports medicine coverage for TNA pro
wrestling. Jimmy completed his athletic training degree and professional physical therapy
graduate degree at University of Central Florida.
THOMAS NGUYEN, LAT, ATC
Licensed Athletic Trainer
Thomas is a licensed athletic trainer and integral member of our clinical staff. Thomas aides in
the care of our physical therapy clients and guides post-rehab and fitness clients through their
programs. Thomas received his Athletic Training degree from the University of Central Florida. He
also provides athletic training coverage at The Master's Academy.
Brian Tardif, LAT, ATC
Licensed Athletic Trainer
Brian is a licensed athletic trainer. He is the head trainer at Bishop Moore Catholic High School
and provides full coverage for their Sports Medicine needs. Brian also covers clinic hours during
the week and in the summer.
JAVIER PEREZ, LAT, ATC, MS, CSCS, ACSM-HFI
Licensed Athletic Trainer
Prior to joining our team he worked with the United States Marine Corp providing comprehensive
evaluation and treatment for orthopedic injuries in the military population on Camp Geiger Marine
Corp Base at Camp LeJeune, NC. Following this he was an assistant athletic trainer at Florida
A&M University providing Sports Medicine coverage to all 18 of its intercollegiate sports. From 2004
to 2007 Javier was an assistant athletic trainer at UCF. During his tenure at UCF he provided
coverage for its sports programs while leading out on the development of protocols for the UCF
Athletic Training Student Observation Program. Javier attended Florida State University for his
undergraduate education and received a graduate degree in exercise science from Syracuse
University. Javier will be primarily working with clients in our clinical setting, but will also help with
coverage of our area high schools. We are fortunate to have such an exceptional professional on
our team.
AUDRA SAVARESE, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Audra is a licensed massage therapist with over ten years of experience. She treats clients that
are just looking for a little relaxation to professional athletes wanting to get ready for the big game.
She specializes in swedish, neuromuscular, sports and pregnancy massage.
