Orlando Sports Medicine Group treats orthopedic, sports, work and
auto related injuries. In addition we specialize in post operative
rehabilitation for many injuries including:
ACL Reconstructions and Revisions
Knee and Shoulder Arthroscopy
Meniscal Repairs
Articular Cartilage Repair
Rotator Cuff Repairs
SLAP and Labrum repairs of the Shoulder
Total Joint Replacements
UCL reconstructions of the Elbow
Foot and Ankle arthroscopy and ligamentous reconstructions
Rehabilitation following repair of simple or complex fractures
In addition we see non operative and overuse that occur in running,
baseball softball, soccer, football, tennis and just about any other
sport you can think of. We can also provide custom orthotics for
foot or knee pain.
Does Insurance Cover Physical Therapy?
Yes. Virtually all insurance plans pay for physical therapy services
with a written prescription from your physician. Your responsibility
is generally a co-pay or coinsurance for each visit. If you have any
insurance questions, please call our office so we can help. We'll
call your insurance company to confirm your benefits
before you start your care.
